描述:炉端烧,起源日本仙台的渔村料理,与其他烧烤不同的是,特别注重食材的鲜度,讲究火炙物熟,海盐调味的料理方式,享受食物的原味、火的香气,也因此成为供给武士享用的尊贵料理。在构思品牌名时,我们围绕产品的核心特性与日本料理职人的精神进行发散,从火到炎再到焱,从将到匠,在近百个名字中,找到焱匠这个最为合适的名字,用一句:一把盐,三把火,千种味,道尽炉端烧的精髓。创作时我们专注于研究正统炉端烧的背后——优秀的食材 渔村文化 烤物特性,并以简约手绘方式构建品牌视觉辅助图形,呈现炉端烧尊贵料理的形象。

Robatayaka, a fishing village cuisine which originates in the Sendai region of Japan. The biggest difference between Robatayaka and BBQ is Robatayaka more specialize in fresh ingredients, temperate control and season with sea salt. Through emphasizing on preserving the natural flavors and the juice makes it being served as the top cuisine for samurais in Japan.The conception of this brand focus on its core feature and the spirit of Japanese cuisine. We picked “Yan” and “Jiang” from hundreds of words and combine them together to suit us best. The essence of Robatayaka only need a pinch of salt, three pieces of wood charcoal to create thousands of tastes.During creation of this brand, we were more focus on exclusive ingredients, the culture of fishing villages and the characteristics of foods. For the design, we used simple hand-drawing stroke to present Robatayaki’s luxury cuisine image.
