YTO Express Branding

The private courier services in China were weak, small-scale and scattered with low quality, but now it has evolved to be large-scale, capitalized and specialized. Yuantong Express, as the first express company listed in the Chinese market, after 17 years of development, has become a large group corporation with businesses including courier service, retailing, aviation and finance.

The new logo of Yuantong interprets the concepts of “Yuan” (circle) and “Tong” (unimpeded). The circle reflects the resolution of the Group on industrial integration and global deployment. The letters “YT” linking to the symbol of a running person embodies the concept of connectivity with an emphasis on speed and timeliness, as well as expresses a people-oriented development thought. Different color schemes and English annotations are used to construct the brand series, representing the integrative logistics services designed to provide systematical solutions and cater to diverse customer needs.
